On July 31, 2024, Taekyung Electronics Co., Ltd. and AIR ASIA signed an MDA memorandum of understanding.
The memorandum of understanding was concluded between Taekyung Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Taekyung Electronics”) and AirAsia Co., Ltd., organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) (hereinafter “AirAsia”).
The purpose of this memorandum of understanding is to establish an organic cooperative system for the utilization of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and the expansion of business.
